Community Acupuncture: Sliding Scale ($20-50)

Community Acupuncture is offered at Mt. Airy Acupuncture on a sliding scale which means that you pay what you can afford (within the given range) for a customized treatment plan which is created after a full consultation with one of our acupuncturists.  Your consultation includes a conversation about your current health issues, plus anything else that can be addressed on the first day of your acupuncture treatment with us.  We want to get a full picture of your current health to determine what we can do for you to enable you to live your best life today and what we can do to improve every other day of your life.

Dr. Diane Milhan is our lead acupuncturist and Evan Magee is our newest acupuncturist at Mt. Airy Acupuncture.  They will ask you a wide range of questions to determine the best course of treatment for you to take on your first day in the clinic.  Those answers will then determine the best course of treatment for your acupuncture regimen every other day that you make an appointment.  The same questions will be asked prior to every successive appointment to determine if the previous acupuncture appointment addressed the health issues that you were facing during the first consultation.  You may find that after only a few treatments that the original health issues that you brought up during that first treatment consultation are no longer an issue.  That is what Mt. Airy Acupuncture strives for.  What may be ailing you and making you seek treatment during the first consultation is over and forgotten by the time you make a second appointment.

We aim to be effective in all of our treatments.  The second you walk through our door seeking treatment, you are part of our community.  We will do everything in our power to get to the root of your health issues so that you can have a successful treatment and leave the clinic everyday feeling better than when you first stepped in.  Trust us to get to the root of the problem and find ways to branch out to assist and reduce all of your health concerns.
